First Signature (each document) - $5.00 Each additional signature (each document) - $1.00 Copies - $0.50 Administering Oaths or Affirmation - $6.00 Swearing a witness for a deposition - $6.00 Taking a deposition of a witness ( each 100 words) - $0.50 Certifying a photocopy - $6.00 Providing a copy from notary's record book - $0.50 Mileage Fee - $0.75 per mile
